Picanha Restaurant welcomes you to our establishment. By making a reservation or dining with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations

Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. We hold tables for 15 minutes from the scheduled reservation time[3]. After this grace period, we reserve the right to release the table to other guests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of $25 per person to the credit card provided.

Dining Experience

Seating Duration
Standard dining reservations are allocated 2 hours for your dining experience[3]. For larger groups or special events, extended durations can be arranged in advance.

Special Events
Full payment is required at the time of booking for special events such as:

  • Holiday celebrations
  • Chef’s special dinners
  • Private dining events
  • Themed dining experiences

Dietary Requirements

Food Allergies
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free.

Service Charge

A discretionary service charge of 18% will be added to parties of 6 or more. This charge is shared among all staff members who contribute to your dining experience.

Age Restrictions

Alcohol Service
We strictly adhere to legal drinking age requirements. Guests must be at least 21 years old to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid identification is required.

Modifications

Picanha Restaurant reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website.

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our privacy practices

Liability

Picanha Restaurant is not liable for personal belongings left on the premises. We recommend keeping valuable items secure and attending to your belongings at all times
